Aku dan Cuti Sem ku

Cepatlah bola start..aku dh ngantuk giler dh nie. Tp Brazil punye pasal..aku sanggup...aku sanggup.. Tinggal sejam je pun. So sambil2 tu..aku topup la isi kandungan blog aku yg ntah hape2 nih.

Sbenarnye, aku br je balik KK smalam. 2 minggu aku spend cuti sem kat kampung. tu pun rasa cam x cukup. Byk tempat x sempat cover. Mula2 spend cuti kat KL..sminggu. Tp dlm sminggu tu gak, 3 hari masa dicuri. sebab apa? Sebab gi jalan2 kat 

Kuala Terengganu. Dah lama tak Cuti2 Malaysia.

Ni la nasi tomato MAS. Served masa balik KL. Balik2 ni je makanan. Klau x nasi tomato, nasi kosong ngan lauk ikan..kekadang nasi kosong ngan daging.

Tapi, sorry for u la ye Danial, sebab x dapat ikut. Tu la, sape suruh ada final exam? ahaha. Malang tak berbau. Tapi tak gi mana sangat pun. Gi Taman Tamadun Islam and shopping kropok lekor and kain batik je. Next time baru nak cover pulau2 lak. Teringin betul aku nak berenang ngan penyu. btw, aku ada confession nk buat. skang aku dh BEBAS  dari pengaruh kesedapan telur penyu. Aku dah x makan telur penyu OK? OK la..aku trus terang, sebelum ni aku makan gak la telur penyu. (Aku rasa sangat bersalah skng nie). Tapi tak slalu la. Ye la, mana nak cari kat KK ni pun? Klau balik KL pun mana nk cari? Paling2 pun, klau aku gi Labuan la. Tu pun kekadang je ada. Yang penting, aku pernah makan, malah pernah suka. Tapi skang..aku dah tanam azam untuk tidak lagi makan telur penyu. Peduli la orang cakap sedap ke hape.

Sebab apa aku tak makan telur penyu lagi? La~..sebab dia kan spesis terancam. Klau la dah takde penyu kat dunia ni lagi..sedihnye tue! Biarlah diorang hidup. Kan ke comel penyu2 tu?

Aku ungkit crite nie sebab masa aku gi ntah-hape-nama-kedai-dia-tu-ntah kat Terengganu hr tu..ada peniaga tu offer telur penyu. Pastu tetiba je aku rasa bersalah. Mungkin tu tanda hidayah kot. ahaha.

Pastu gi Taman Tamadun Islam. Kawasan dia tak la sebesar mana. Jarak masjid2 contoh kat sana smua dalam walking distance. Tapi kalau dah pemalas tu..pemalas la jugak. Instead of walking, kitorang sewa basikal. Papa sewa satu basikal, pastu aku ngan tasya sewa basikal utk 2 org punye tu. Mama naik buggy ngan Maktok ngan Wan. Pemalas2 aku..aku naik basikal OK? exercise gak tue. Plak tu..susah lak nak handle basikal kembar tu. Mula2 aku dok depan..pastu aku give up..sbab tak smpai pun 10 meter aku kayuh. Buang masa kat situ je dok cuba stabilize basikal tu. Pastu aku switch place ngan Tasya. Aku lak dok blakang. Pun begitu gak! Tasya xleh control. Last2 Papa cuba. Berjaya! So Tasya kayuh beskal Papa..n Papa n aku naik basikal kembar. Then stop kat Masjid pertama n gambar2. Naik lagi beskal..n kayuh ke next stop. Stiap kali stop, aku n Tasya tukar naik beskal. Punye la best perasaan time tu. Dah lama tak naik beskal. Sekali naik beskal..rasa cam nak kayuh basikal tu balik hotel je. Tak kisah la brape jauh skali pun.

Ni la basikal kembar aku cakap tu.

Tengok! Senang je Papa drift beskal tu. Aku nk stabilizekan pun jenuh!

Esoknya.kitorg pekena kropok lekor. Perghh~ lama giler tak rasa kropok lekor sebenar2nya. Yang slalu dok makan..tepung je lebih. Skang dapat rasa ikan kaw2 punya. Mama Papa apa lgi? Borong kropok lekor la.

Balik je dr Terengganu..kitorang dok umah kat KL la. Then esoknya gi

jalan TAR..shopping2 sket. Pastu keajaiban berlaku. Taklah semagik mana..tp aku terserempak ngan Dyeija kat Sogo. Tgh dok jalan2 nie..tetiba je dia muncul depn mata aku. Aku pun terkezut la! Berpikir jap aku..aku ni kat Sabah ke KL? Ye la~..sebesar2 Sabah..kat KL gak aku jumpa dia. Dyeija ni clazmate merangkap bestpren aku time2 skolah dulu. Dah terjumpa tu, barulah aku tau dia skang keje kat Johor. Klau x..mati2 la aku ingat dia kat KK lg.

Then malam tu, aku, Tasya n Papa gi Downtown Cheras. Ada lak sorang mamat jatuh longkang. Punya sandi! Budak muda..lelaki! Jatuh siot air muka. Hilang macho n kehenseman. Plak tu, kaki tersangkut kat jeriji besi. Dah satu hal lak nk kena tarik kaki dia baik2.

Aku paling lemah la klau jalan kat downtown ni. Mata aktif betul tgk itu ini. Especially klau lalu kat gerai jam n t-shirt. Smua nak. Tapi aku juga ada tabiat yg tak suka membazir. Biarpun bukan aku yang kluarkan duit..tapi duit orang pun aku rasa cam duit aku sendiri. So aku hanya beli barang yang perlu je. 

So last2 aku beli jam tgn n t-shirt 2 helai. Cukuplah kot.

Hari Sabtunya..aku chow gi Penang lak. 

Finally...after 11 days of the PROGRAM INTEGRASI NASIONAL PERTUKARAN BUDAYA 1 MALAYSIA UiTM

it has finally come to an end. The ending part was verry sad. Especially having to say goodbye to the UiTM Sarawaks'. 

UiTM Sabah n UiTM Sarawak has been working verry hard to make this program a success. n i'm glad to say...IT DID!

The earlier start of d programme was Damn hard. They demanded too much. Hello??? Remember why u're here??? U're here to participate in a programme. Not on holiday! U know what they asked for?

• Heater for shower (Again..this is a hostel..not a HOTEL)
• Mineral water (They complaint on the water cooler giving them sore throat. Hello?? It's called water cooler..of coz they're not healthy. How come we can survive for 3 years..n u cant even stand for 3 days???)
• Transport to go to the city (How can they not understand?? We're in a programme here..so stick to it! n yet they want to go sightseeing?? Relax..we've provided all that. Just hv to wait for d day!)
• Karaoke set (Haishh...i'm getting tired typing all d complaints already. How can they ask for a karaoke set?? Our programme starts at 8am everyday..n ends at 11pm. When's d karaoke gonna take place?? U cant sing at night n disturb d others asleep.-_-')

Good thing we're invulnerable with complaints.

Day 2 was OPKIM. I get to go Kg Baru Kimanis in Papar. Half d others were to Kg Gayang in Tuaran. The moment we arrived at d kampung..we were greeted by the kampung people with kompang. It was cool..i felt so special. haha. Then d moment of rendition to the adopted family. I got Mak n Kak Miedah. Along with me were Myra (UiTM Sabah), Abg Shah (UiTM Pahang), Amiey (UTM) n Fifa (UMS). Good thing Mak's house was at a walking distance. Here's our family picture.

That night Kak Miedah brought me, Myra, Fifa n Amiey to Pekan Papar. Mak n Abg Shah went d mosque for ceramah. Dont ask why i went to Papar instead of d mosque. I'll shoot u!

Day 3 was Sukaneka. a lil havocacy. The kampung was supoosed to prepare d sukaneka. but they didnt. dunno d cause. So in d end..WE had to run d sukaneka by ourselves. Good thing there were balloons. so we played Pijak Belon, Semakin Jauh Semakin Sayang, Kaki n Tunang-Kahwin-Cerai. n Man i tell u..d weather was freakin' hot. That nite was Malam Kebudayaan.  Whereby each UiTM campuses made a performance. Mainly in dance.

Day 4 was our last day in Papar. that morning was gotong-royong. Not many came. What'd u expect?? Gotong-royong..who would ever come?

at 2pm..was d closing of OPKIM. Mak was like.."Don't cry..dont cry.."..n we tried to not. but we did. Mak gave us each a towel, kerabu kelapa (forgot d real name), ikan keropok n homemade ikan masin. it was truly a sad event. It was fun in kampung n 3 days wasnt enough. 

Day 5. we had Pesta Sukan Rakyat. Some of d games were baling tin, rampanau, lastik, terompah gergasi, pancing botol, etc. n again...it was freaking HOT! Even my sunburn from OPKIM haven't cooled off yet..n now i'm adding more sunburn!! Here's proof of my sunburn. i even have a 3-layer sunburn!

at 1pm..we went to Linangkit Cultural Village. It was actually smaller than i expected. Plus..we had to walk about 1km into d kampung until we reached the place. With d sun burning above our head..people were nagging bla3..Why this..why that?? Urghhh~

Here, for the 1st time ever since living in Sabah..i ate pisang rebus, kompos n rojak-in-banana leaf. 

 That night..we had a day off. Phew~. Finally, relaxtion. 

Day 6. We had Kembara Budaya in d morning. I was responsible for Checkpoint: Q4. It was  questionnaire checkpoint. Along with me were Bella n Shishee. Our questions were:

• What's d full name of UiTM's Vice Cansellor?
• Who is the Project Manager of PIN Pertukaran Budaya 1 Malaysia UiTM
• Name 5 urusetia from UiTM Sabah
• Name 5 urusetia from UiTM Sarawak

After the Kembara Budaya..they were given d chance to go to KK. I soo...hope they're happy. as for us urusetias' ..time for a Sleeping Beauty.

That night we had a sport night. Among the games we organized were futsal, badminton, volleyball n petanque.

Guess who won futsal?? *koff*

The Urusetia team!! Us la for sure.

Day 7. Outing to Kundasang! We went to Taman Negara Kinabalu n Poring Hotspring. Finally, i get to go up the Canopy Walk!! Good thing it costs only RM3 for entrance n an extra charge of RM5 for cameras. 

Day 8. Some of us went to do the mural n some went to the gym to prepare the stage for tomorrow's nite of Malam Simbolik.. The other participants were given rest for d morning. Where else  Kak Sue, Kak Eton, Zariey n I went to find the cenderahati for the Menteri. This is what we finally bought.

Not d one in red..OK? Zariey just felt that someone needs to be taken picture with d souvenir. so he volunteered.

in d night, there was the Malam Simbolik rehearsal. Good thing all went well.

Day 9.Trip to the Museum n Galeri Yayasan Sabah. I chose not to go. I mean c'mon la..i've been t d muzium tons of times. I just missed going to the revolving restaurant in Yayasan Sabah. But i can go there anytime. So i chose to stay n prepare the Gym for the big nite tonight: Malam Simbolik.

7pm was supposed to be d arrival of participants, officials n guests..n yet not many arrived on time. wht with the VIP otw..it panicked me. 7.30pm, the VIP arrived..n not all participants has arrived.  Lucky for us..we were all ready once the VIP entered the hall. It was a blast that night. Unfortunately,  I didnt dance for this year's Pertukaran Budaya. This year i played the Gamelan. 

Day 10. It was Pesta Kaamatan n the others went to the Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association Centre to get a glimpse of experience of the celebration here in Sabah. Again..i stayed in campus helping Miedah with the Malam Busana Rias & Tradisi. I didn't mind actually..it was fun arranging the stage to a modelling catwalk theme. 

When the night came..it was another blast. Each contingent from different UiTM campuses presented their cultural costumes. I can't really say if i have a favourite..cuz there are severals which i like. But i guess..Shawal's hair will always be my favourite. hahaha.

Right after the event..they had a lil karaoke session. Man, i hope 'they're' happy.

Day 11. First We Belong Together. Any idea what it is? I'm not quite sure who gave the title.. but it felt belonging. It was a closing event actually. Here's where we all say Goodbye. The 1st to leave was UiTM Perak..huhu. The best thing was..our Pertukaran Budaya shirt was finally ready on time. It was supposed to be ready before the Program, but there was a technical problem. At least we didnt have to post the shirts to each campuses. Saves costs already. The saddest part of all...was saying another Goodbye to Kuntum. This tym i really felt hard. The last time was when i studied in UiTM Swk..n now's another goodbye. iskh..iskh..iskh.. I soo...hope to see her again nx time.

That goes to all members of UiTM Sarawak as well..they're the coolest lots. The other participants of this Program is also the coolest. They're a sport! Thumbs up to all involved in the program. Till then... let the memories be well kept for now n forever.

I'm at the Gym right now. Tonite we're having MALAM BUSANA RIAS & TRADISI. It's sort of a modelling show. Our models form UiTM Sabah's gonna be Jay, Joey, Zariey, Yie2, Far and Oyoe..

as usual, i gotta go. I'll be back updating soon. Our program's gonna finish tomorrow!!!

Dear Blog...Today, Saturday 14th May 2010..KAKS has finally ended..Yiipppee~ Havent slept last night.. A little TOO focused on finishing up the Business Plan n presentation slides..

and yet...we got BANKRUPT!!! 

~No future potential.

~Instead of loss..the company closes!

For all those sleep sacrifices...we got a bankrupt????? 

Well OK..we sort of kindda deserved it. We were 97.8% Unprepared!

 But we were cool..we always were. ahaha. 5 days are not enough to produce a GREAT business plan. It needs Research, interests and Time. Heck. We never even expected to be GREAT.

It's a matter of learning! Nx semester will be a lot harder than the 5 days i've been here. Instead of 5 days to prepare a business plan..i have 4months n a half!

And if this time i dont do GREAT, then i shall Obviously, obviously, DEFINITELY be Dissappointed!! 

Gotta go..it's 11.30am now. I need to get myself a beauty sleep to recover my sacrificed sleeping hours for the past few days. There's a closing event for KAKS at 2pm. So to prevent myself from feeling all sleepy and drowzy in the hall..i'd better get some sleep NOW!

I repeat NOW!!!!

Heyya..i'm just passing by. It's already 2.02am, Thursday 13th May 2010.

It's been 3 days of KAKS now. fyi: KAKS stands for Kursus Asas Keusahawanan Siswazah. The reason i signed up for KAKS are;

• I'll be taking ENT300: Fund.of Entrepreneurship nx semester (so i thot that this would b a good steeping stone to prepare me for the critical subject)
• Certificates will be given
• To fill in my 'short holiday gap' (instead of staying home alone..whilst waiting for the Program Pertukaran Budaya to take place..i'd better fill in d days with an activity. So here i am!)

Day 1 was a hell in d morning. I had to carry ALL my belongings since earlier sem from Cluster A to Cluster B. For those who doesnt know..Cluster B is about 100 meters away from Cluster A. Yahh..so near. say what u want. But with 1 HUGE luggage, 1 filled BIG bucket, and 4 other SMALLER hand carried items + 1 BrooM in hand..10 metres felt like 1km!! Good thing Dega came to d rescue. He's d hero. Helped carried Tim's, Nanot's n my bag off to Cluster B. But hell doesnt stop there. Up we go to the 3rd floor where we were given our rooms. This time..Dega left us three alone to carry our belongings. He's a guy OK? he's not supposed to go up our block!

After registering....I was grouped with Nanot. Whereas Tim n Dega were together in another. Unlucky enough for me n nanot..our classes for the course were going to be in Fasa 3! Additional info: ALL drivers were attending courses. U know what that means????? Yes. We were to walk ALL the way UP to fasa 3. Going through the 'tangga maut' n 'tangga merah' at the Mosque. Imagine going up n down for 6 consecutive days with our daily schedule of;

8am-12.30pm: Course module

12.30pm-2pm: Lunch Break

2pm-6pm: Course module

6pm-8pm: Break

8pm-10pm: Course module

But we were unlucky for just a short while. U see..it's called berkat'. Bersusah2 dahulu..bersenang2 kemudian. Kak Ain offered to give a ride as soon as our classes finished. Thank God! Otherwise..we'd have to face d staircase everyday!!! So our record for KAKS of going to the class by staircase is ONCE! I repeat  ONCE! haha.

Day 2 went as scheduled. The evening part was the best. We had Treasure Hunt. It was a havoc. The game started within Cafe B. n then it started spreading outside the cafe to areas of Cluster B and also to Cluster A!!  

At the end of the day, our group won 3rd place. But ONLY for the day. It was only a qualification round whereby only 5 groups were qualified for the next round that'll be held on Friday! Mann...i can't wait!

Day 3..12th May 2010. Yeehee..My birthday of course! Morning classes was OK. we learned on Admin Planning conducted by Sir Sibley. Then Sir Cyril conducted Operational Planning. Until after our lunch break..jeng x3..Financial Planning. I was expecting we'd do some calculation, but we didn't. It was a *yawn*, *yawn*, *yawn* session all d way. Mannn..the most Boring class ever. I wasnt th only one. In fact most of us in d claz were. 

Well...gotta go. I'll update more as soon as i have the time. I dont think i would after this..unless KAKS has officially ended for this series. 

Btw..i enjoyed my birthday. I'll update on that some other time.Cya!

Today's Saturday, and it's raining outside. The TV's showing Mann. a Hindustan movie. but dont expect me watching. my eyes are stuck on my lappy here. Mama was supposed to watch the movie..but somehow, d movie's watching her. haha. Geddit?
Anyway, i was bored just now. So i took some photos on some of my personal collections. Here are some of my cherishable collections.

This is my Polaroid cam. a.k.a Spice cam. My 1st-ever owned cam. If u read my earlier blog post, u'd know d story behind it.

These r my phone collection. Btw..the bulky phone lying on d floor is my hse phone. I couldn't find my 1st-owned hp. but just so u know how big it is..it's jz d same size as my hse phone. Can u imagine that? It was a Nokia. Got it when i was 14. It was down-to-generation hp. 1st my dad owned it, then he gave it to my mom..then to me. After that..my brother had d chance to use it as well. The iPhone is my latest. Haven't used it yet. Right now, i'm using d green SE. Why m i not using d iPhone?

• I've only got 1 simcard
• I'm not used to d function yet (iPhone has too many apps to get use to)
• I need to buy its' cover 1st (i'd be devastated if it scratched)

But i'll use them in the holidays. i Promise.

Below are my Mmuaxx..Mmuaxx..muaxx...comic collections. I'm not d sort of person who collects all kinds of comics. I'm not an anime lover. I can read a friends'..but i dont collect anime comics. Gempakstarz are the greatest publisher. i dont collect those with series tho..I hate having to read a story n knowing that it is to b continued..huhu. I'm proud i managed to collect ALL Zint's Under 18 series.. Weehee~.

Up unil now..i haven't bought K.O King. Wait till i go back to KL..then I'll go comic shopping!! Darn i missed d book fair at PWTC..Why O Why haven't they organize a book fair here in KK?

I'm not a book person really. I was into Enid Blyton when i was in primary school. I have tons of his collection. Then i stopped collecting when i started going into secondary school. Lame~. I was like "I'm a Teen. I don't Read Books!". Then when i was in Form 3..i started to be serious in collecting comics. in the same year, when i went shopping in Carrefour, a book caught my eye. It was "Can You Keep a Secret" by Sophie Kinsella. I fell in love reading its' synopsis. After that..d only book i look onto is those by Sophie Kinsella. So far, below are d only collection i have. I'm looking forward in collecting her Shopaholic series. But...that's gonna take time. Cuz one book costs approx RM35. Darn~
