The World is a book. Those who do not travel read only a page.

If only travelling was like going to Agrobazaar (grocery store 200 meters from home, Dungun).

I remembered the least time my mom asked me what sort of guy i wanted to marry. The first thing that blurted out was "Yang suka travel!".
At that time i was like, "Damn..i should've said 'someone pious' or 'someone who can lead me with Islam life'. I was thinking that maybe my mom would say "Travel? Instead of someone pious?" But instead she...

"Hmmm...".

Err..does that mean she understands me? Phew~

Yup..i am so looking out for guys who likes travelling. I mean LOVES travelling. I can't imagine myself sitting at home every weekend, every holiday season..and please not honeymoon too.

Just like my dad. Loves travelling. I've been following my dad's interest for so long. He loves cameras, me too! He loves art, me too! He loves singing in front of people, me too used to.

Truth be spoken, i like to channel people's facebook. I mean friends overseas. Whenever i looked at their photos, it's like they've gone to every country on earth already. Most of which would go with their partners. That's what u call a travelling partner. They're not engaged nor married, but they're travelling partners. Geddit? Please don't make me explain.

OK skip the travelling partner bit.
So NOW i understand why there are a lot of tourists coming to Malaysia, most of which are a couple. So yeah, it's their sort of thing i guess. It's like travelling abroad is as simple as going to the grocery stores. I mean, i sometimes feel sluggish to even start the engine, and off to the store. I'd rather stay home and feed on biscuits. Let alone walk.

Where'd they get the money? Is our currency really that cheap? Still, u gotta pay for the international flight. That is no cheap deal, no?

I always wonder to myself. Am i able to go to Switzerland to see the Alps? London for London Bridge? France for Zidane Eiffel Tower? New York for Neil Patrick Harris Statue of Liberty? Australia for inianwarhadi the Opera House?

I'd be devastated if i were to marry someone who is kaki-rumah.
Unless he's my pure jodoh, then i've nothing to say.

But these are only my dreams. How i wish upon the stars.

Reminiscing the candies and drink tasted 10 years ago.

Today i feel like reminiscing my past a lil.

I spent my primary-school-years mostly in Taiwan.
So, it's Taiwan, obviously not a place where Muslims like us could find Halal food easily.

In this case, i was a kid. Wanting to try out this and that..especially chocolates, sweets and all the good stuffs.
What i WAS aware, i shall never try out porks or meat that wasn't slaughtered by a Muslim. But how am i to differ of a sweet and chocolate?

Anyway, that was 10 years ago. *gulp*
All i know, it was worth a taste. And how i wished i could grab back the taste.
If you're wondering why i'm talking this way, mainly cuz after 10 years..Hello Malaysia, I have not been able to meet eyes with the sweets and chocolates i had before.

So here are the lists of good stuffs that i wish i could put my mouth into again.

1. Kinder Surprise a.k.a Kinder Egg

It's alike Kinder Joy. Only the difference is the chocolate placement. Kinder Joy choc is placed less than half of the egg shape (see pic below). But Kinder Egg, is chocolate for the whole egg shape. And plus, better, bigger toys than Kinder Joy.

2. Fruit Roll-ups

Was one of the must-buy item. It was everybody's favourite. You could eat it with rice (makes a sushi), put on the thumb and suck, and can even be played. In terms of:
and here's the part when your mom would say: Don't Play with your Food!

3. Liquorice
The red one tastes better. The black ones tastes a lil chelate i'd say.
I saw a pack of liquorice once at.......err......forgot the place (Tesco if i'm not mistaken). Comes in a box of assortment like this:
Will be sure to buy it the next time. (Can't remember why i didn't buy it the first time).

4. Candy Necklace

Makes a wonderful accessory as well as being a useful item during hunger-mode.

5. Tootsie Roll
These are really good i tell ya. It's like Chewy Choco..cuz it's chocolate and chewy. Only too good.

6. Gatorade Cool Blue
Can't remember much of the taste. But slightly alike 100 Plus only with a Gatorade touch. Plus, it is an isotonic drink f.y.i. This bottle in particular is the best cuz....see the top bottle? That's why~

7. Gobstopper Wonka

This is just a normal candy where you suck and lick it. There are various sizes actually. The largest one i've tried is bout the size of my fist. It has layers inside. The larger the candy, the longer it'll take for u to finish up the candy. Plus, the outside is real hard. So u can't possibly gobble the whole thing up.

Well, these are the only ones i could remember so far. There were others, but can't remember the names.
So in case any of u guys sees these in the supermarket or whatever-place...DO tell me. Could be craving for more~

An ex is not equivalent to an enemy.

Somehow i felt like talking about my *koff* ex-boyfriend here. I was never the sort of person who talks much about her personal life. Heck, i don't really have that much followers here. So guess i could wikileak a lil'.

OK..before i move on.. I soo.....hope nobody in particular would read this. Especially my parents *koff*. Cuz otherwise, they'd go "I thought we agreed with no-boyfriends-in-school deal?" Oopssss.
Hope my brother n sister doesn't read this too, cuz otherwise they'd report it to my parents. Demm.

I've been in a relationship with guys with the same age, younger, and older. Chinese, Malay, Dusun n a mixed. Slender, muscular and a teddy-bear sort. Rich, moderate and a self-dependent. Muslim, non-Muslim and a convert.

Of all the ex'es..my favourite?
well..it's hard to say, cuz i accepted their proposal the first time was due to certain factors that i like in them.

The reason i accepted the 1st was because he was cute.
OK..i know i sound so girly~ n he was the Hiphop sort of person. I was sooo into hip hop at the time. Mann..it's funny to recall such thing. His 1st gift for me was a box of Guylian chocolate. I felt awry cuz...Alamak..sayang nya nak makan. It was lip-licking good OK? Try Google-ing it.

My 2nd...well...he proposed when i didnt even know him. So I rejected his 1st proposal. Sorry dude. Became friends. n after a while..*Ehem* u-know-what-happened~. During the time, i like guys who were smarter than me. Well hello~..budak MRSM kot dia. For me, smart guys are cute. He plays chess. n right instantly i'd go Yup..he sure is the clever sort. Plus, he knows how to cook. What a bonus!

Thirdly, err....ehmmm...errrrr.......dunno how i actually approved of him. But it was a non-serious relationship. Guess i approved him cuz i was sympathy? Sorry dude..Besides, i did tell u i was already in a relationship rite?

Fourthly. I was never the sort of person who approves just anybody. To get into a relationship, i felt it is important to get to know the person first. But somehow, i chose to break the rule for the first time. I accepted his proposal even before i actually know who he was, apart from his name. Blame my friends for setting me up. But he was handsome OK. Real good-looks. Tall n slender. But because i violated my own conditions, we didn't get along quite well for long.

Fifthly, well, he was good-looking. He play soccer hell good. OK..i fall for guys who play soccer easily. Damn, now everyone knows my weakness. He was good in arts as well. (Bonus!) j'adore guys who could draw. Another weakness shown. Well, this guy here was almost my Mr.Right. But things happen, we broke up. (Full stop).

It may be a full stop for a love relationship, but not for a friendship. See, that's why i still love my ex'es. Love in a sense of Mann...we could really be good friends. We're still in contact tho...only just sometimes.
They've only gone their way. Found a new girlfriend. Be happy. One just got lost in action.
Anyhow...when i see them happy, i feel the same. Cuz they're my friends. and that's exactly what friends should do.
I'm glad i'm not the sort of person who feels like suiciding after a break-up. Cuz i still have God, family and friends. God I'm so thankful.
.

.
.
.
Well, these all happened back in the school days. But right after school..i was back to being single.
I just don't think i'm capable of being in a relationship right now. I'm just gonna have to wait. Wait till one day, another guy exists, and that he'd be the last and only guy for me.

In case you're wondering if its really Nabila a.k.a Yong who is writing this entry, well YES. It's me alright.

Kris oh Kris...

Was blog-walking the other day. Found this entry on Kris Dayanti's wedding with the Timor-husband Raul Lemos. Remember that big issue when they kissed in front of the press? OK..so it's not my business. But Hello?? Kris Dayanti is a Hajjah. I feel embarrassed myself. That Raul guy is one thing..Mann..i feel so pissed.

OK Yong..relax. U're not even Kris Dayanti's fan..n yet u're being a busybody?

Anyway..here's some of their marriage photos. Credits to izyan.com.

Look at the drawing on Kris Dayanti's forehead. Motive?
Nice mosque btw.
Err dude..aren't u supposed to kiss her on the forehead? Where's your mouth aiming at?
FACT: They actually lip-kissed in that mosque.
Finally, u found her forehead!
Ho-kehh...somebody tell me what they're doing?

f.y.i..They married in March 2011.
