Pesta Gambus

Went to Pesta Gambus yesterday. To be honest, it didnt quite met my expectation. Ye la..salah aku gak..letak harapan bagai nak rak. Last2 jadi camni...keciwa la plak. Aku ingat, event tu meriah. Dah nama pun pesta. Event tu buat kat Pekan Papar. Dalam dewan besar. Kat luar plak ada la jual makan2, aksesori itu ini. Ada gak expo dari Jabatan Bomba ngan Askar. Buktinya:

Untuk pengetahuan korang yang tak tau menahu pasal Pesta Gambus nie..dia sebenarnye sebuah pertandingan yang diadakan setahun skali, dan cuma ada di Papar. Gambus itu adalah suatu alat tradisional Sabah yg ala2 gitar, yang diperbuat daripada kayu. Kalau susah sangat nk bayangkan, hah tengok la gambar ni.

Balik kat crite aku dan Pesta Gambus. Aku tak tau la apsal kan. tapi bila aku dengar je bunyi gambus ni, aku rasa ngantuk. Mungkin muzik dia memang camtu kot. Sebenarnya, persembahan diorg tu best. Ada selitkan tarian n nyanyian. So, ada la gak something ntuk ditengok. Tapi...hmmm... ntahlah. Apa2 hal..aku dah pernah ikut serta. Dan aku blaja sumthing new hari ni. Untuk pengetahuan korang..klau xnak tau..sila skip baca paragraph ini. Baru smalam aku tau gambus tu apa sebenarnya. dah 5 tahun aku dok Sabah..baru aku tau. Haishh~ Kekdang aku rasa cam x berbaloi je aku dok cni. Macam aku tk ambik advantage blaja banyk pasal Sabah. Itu la dikatakan Take Things for Granted. Banyak lagi perkara aku nak buat sebelum aku balik KL for good.

• Aku nak gi Tawau...pastu gi umah Rasnah. Ras cakap, klau gi umah dia..dia akan preparekan banyak makanan yang bagi aku...pelik. Yang pelik tu la aku nak cuba. Contohnya..emm. aku tak ingat nama2 makanan tu..nnt bila aku dah cuba..aku tangkap gambar banyak2. Nanti aku post kat cni untuk korang mengidam k? ahaha.
• Aku nak gi panjat Gunung Kinabalu balik. This time, aku nak pecahkan rekod lama aku. Tapi klau sempat la...otherwise, aku postpone je la niat aku ni. Abg Bob kononnye nak datang Sabah ujung tahun ni. Nak daki gunung kinabalu ktanya...Katanya~ Nak ikut...tapi...ntahlah.
• Nak gi Pulau Sipadan. Cambest je.
• Nak gi scuba diving. Tak kisah la kat mana. Kat Pulau Sapi ke, Manukan ke, Mamutik ke...asal namanya scuba diving..n mesti la nampak ikan2 pelik. n klau ada jodoh..Aminnn...aku nk tengok penyu LIVE berenang depan mata aku. Malah, aku tengah berangan berenang sama2 ngan penyu skang ni. Sambil dok atas shell dia..ahaha. Over punya imagination.
• dan macam2 lagi..aku pun x sure apa.

aku rasa....aku rasa...aku rasa aku nak out la dulu. Banyak lagi keje aku lom settlekan...tpi gatal tangan nak update blog ntah hape2 nie. Ciao~

A blonde has just gotten a new sports car and was out for a drive when she cut off a truck driver. He motioned for her to pull over, and she did. The driver then pulled a chalk out of his pocket and drew a circle on the road. He then told the blonde to stay in the circle and not move.

Next, he went to her car and cut up her leather seats. When he turned around, the blonde had a grin on her face. So he said, "Oh, you think that's funny? Watch this!" He gets a baseball bat and breaks every window of the car. When he turned around, she smiled. This time, furious, he gets his knife and sliced every tyre of the car. Now she was laughing. The truck driver was getting more furious. He went to his truck and gets a can of gas, pours it on the car and sets it on fire. He turns around and she was laughing even harder.

So the truck driver asked the blonde, "Why are you laughing?". She replied, "When you weren't looking, I stepped outside the circle four times!".

1. I asked God for a bike, but i know God doesn't work that way. So i stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

4. I know a girl who was so stupid;

• she called me to get my phone number
• she put lipstick on her forehead because she wanted to make up her mind
• she tried to put M&Ms' in alphabetical order
• she sent me a fax with a stamp on it
• she tried to drown a fish
• when she took you to the airport and saw a sign that said 'Airport Left', she turned around and went home
• she got stuck in a grocery store and starved to death

There's a lot more..but i'll update more sooner or later.

This is just the Inception~

Make it this week...it's already the 3rd week of lecture. n yet..no Selling class. So instead..i replaced it with "Tengok Wayang" class. ahaha. my lecturers??? Tim n Awang. double haha. This was what we watched.

Actually, we got in the hall half an hour after the movie started. We even bought the tickets half an hour late. Cuz...we arrived late. Besides, we had a lil dilemma on what movie to watch. There wasnt much choice. Either we choose to watch Inception n miss half an hour of the movie, or watch Mantra? C'mon lah..i can only watch Malay horror movies when it shows on TV. Until i watch one good Malay Horror film..theres nothing making me go watch one in the cinema. The weaknesses of these sort:

• The music background is louder than the actors' voice.
• Lame storyline (we can easily guess what's gonna happen next).
• Either the endings' stupid..or it just hangs..n making us say Urghh.. this is what u call a Malay movie! Unlike other outsider's horror movie. Tho we too say Urghh.. but Urghh in a way that..what's gonna happen next? When's the next episode? Can't wait!..can't wait! 

But this is reality. We're just ideally limited. Anyway, that's not what i'm gonna talk about today. People have their own ideas n perceptions..so leave it to them.

Back to reality! Yesterday..i have officially finished watching Ghost. Now that's what i call a GOOD Malay movie. Or maybe more of a Chinese-director movie. I'm talking about the one playing on 8TV..the one that Cheryl Samad plays! 

It's so cool...cuz it works my brain out. It is a murder-like story u know. Only with some lil help from the 'ghost'..Naz a.k.a Zack Imran. U guys shud watch it. So far, i've only watched 2 seasons..or, is there a 3rd season yet? Cuz i'm sooo...looking froward.

Unfortunately..the 2nd season ended with a lil frustration. Now's the part where i say Urghh...what happens next? When's the 3rd season gonna play? Did Eza died? Is she n Zack gonna be together forever? Will she wake up n find out that Zack's by her side?

This is so nerve-wrecking! Frankly honest here, i almost cried at some point. i repeat...Almost cried! I know some of u out there is gonna say "Oh c'mon..why dont u just admit u cried?" 

Hello? I would if i cried! But the thing is...i didnt! Like i said earlier..i'll leave it to u to think whatever u wanna think! No point in me debating u that i didnt cry..n u'd still accuse me to. 

Just for Laugh~

OK, first of all...todays' one and only class..MKT361: Principles and Practice of Selling is canceled. Whipee~ or maybe not so whipee~ Make it today, four classes had been canceled since the opening of the new semester a.k.a last week! We're really having problems with the shortages of lecturers, y'know? So if any of u people have the heart n courage to be our lecturer..do come to existence. Besides..it is my final semester in UiTM Sabah..(unless i continue my degrees here). Wouldn't want to take any risks of dropping my grades now, would i? Mama..Papa..do pray for my success in any way..*wink*

Anyway, i woke up quite late today. Thanks to my phone alarm! Somehow i think Nokia's alarm is more effective than my SEs'. I remembered using Nokia, i'd get up right instant when the alarm goes on. Unlike this SE i'm using, i end up snoozing the alarm for 10 minutes....or maybe 20, 30.....1 hour sometimes. Ouch! 

After taking my shower, got dressed, ate a Jacob biscuit and drank Ribena, i went to settle a couple of things at the Student Affairs. Well again, since i had no class today..Tim n i decided we'd go to KK n catch a movie or something. Nanot came along. Rasnah n Ikhlas couldn't make it. Poor them..one has red eye..the other with a fever. Bad time for getting ill. 

So the three of us bought tickets for Despicable Me. 

God....the characters were a bunch of cuties! I wonder who owns the voice of Agnes and the yellow minion 'cousins' of Gru..haha. Kawaii x3!~ Next movie listed on my Must-Watch List would be Jangan Pandang Belakang Congkak Lagi and Vampire Suck Movie. JPBCL fascinates me cuz the 1st version was wayy hilarious. Shaheizy Sam is also another reason. Not cuz i'm a big fan of his or anything..just cuz his character in the movie is so easy-going. I like easy-going people. Vampire Suck Movie is on the list cuz it's a parody of the Twilight and the High School Musical.. Besides, i try not to miss any of these "_______ Movie" series. It's just so fun n entertaining to watch. Mimicking other movies etc etc etc.

So after the movies..we strolled around the shops. Nanot was looking for sandals. I wanted to buy some stationaries. n Tims' with hers.

But what's most important!..i bought something that was not on my shopping list. Nor was it in my Must-Buy list. Tho it is in my In-Your-Dreams List.  Cuz why?

• I never expected it exists, really!
• I've only seem 'em in someone's blog (i messaged the supplier for more infos..but hadn't received any feedbacks)
• No way its sold in Sabah..at least yet. But i've never even seen one sold in KL (or maybe cuz i didnt do my homework well~)

Well...i did managed to buy and own one. So before u get really pissed and start banging your head on the computer screen, anxiously waiting and asking, "What da- vuvuzela did Nabila buy herself?"....i might as well tell u what it is. But just so u know, i was passing the shop by accident. It was just a small ordinary gift shop..(I was at a walking pace, head to the shop.n .eye contact to the "it")..n sort of made an emergency brake. So i reversed back n i was like gagagaga....~ Eyes wide. Mouth-open. 

OK~ Sorry..i guess i kindda got carried away. Needless to say..have a look at the "it".

 If u're one of those who says, "This is it? I've been listening (or reading~) to your babble for long enough, and this is it?". Well tough luck for u guys! 

Yes..this is It! I am the proud owner of this LOMO underwater camera. It only costs me RM59.90. Cool huh? It may not be technologically up-to-date, since it uses films to take pictures. But it's mine! I may not afford to buy those antique cameras, nor the DSLRs'..but maybe i will one day. It's sort of gonna be my lifetime hobby/achievement. To collect as many sort of cameras i could in my life. LOMO's my latest collection. If u kept up with me with my older posts..u'd see my other cam collection. So far, i'm only buying what i can afford.
