Left KL at 2pm. Papa drove first. Then Danial took over. (The whole journey was of heavy rains). Stopped at Gopeng to fill up our car fuel. Then suddenly we decided to head off to Ipoh to play Laser Tag. So off we went.
So can I get a free game voucher dear Laser Battle?
For one game of 10mins, the price was RM18/person. If you played two games, it costs you RM25/person.
So we decided to play 2 games. Besides, 10 minutes isn't enough.
My advice, a group of 4-8 people would be best (2-4 people for each team). Cuz it isn't that spacious in the battle arena. Plus, it gives you a larger space to run and hide. But it all depends on you. It would be fun too to have more people. So then I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of screaming and yelling. LOL. Furthermore, if you don't have a balanced team, you can play by individual.
Since there were four of us, we decided to play by team. Papa and Tasya as the Chelsea team, and Danial and I as the ManUtd team.
The quarantine room.
Here's our first round score.
The upper left box is the individual score. Danial came in first, followed by me, Tasya and then Papa.
The upper right box is the team scores. The green is the ManUtd team, and blue, the Chelsea team. (Danial and I chose the red vest at first, but somehow it turned green afterwards).
Doesn't matter. Cuz we won. Hohoho.
So after the first game, we had a 10mins break. Meanwhile, we played the Kinect X-Box game available there. Lucky us, there weren't anybody else around. (Except for the staffs there).
Boxing. Sorry Tasya, I won again.
Danial and Papa trying out.
The laser tag game was super fun! I repeat, SUPER FUN! The first game was our trial round. It was our first time playing. (Except for Tasya, it was her second time). Inside, it isn't pitch black. there were fluorescent lights on each defence wall and barrels. And our guns and vest would glow (depends on what colour team you are). So our mission, was to shoot our opponents. When we get shot, our gun and vest would be dysfunctional for 5 seconds before it becomes activated again. My trick, here's when I run and hide, to get the best spot to shoot our opponents.
The game not only requires you to shoot as many opponents as you can, but accuracy counts too.
So here's our second game score.
Again, Danial led the scoreboard, followed by me, Papa and then Tasya. But somehow, I lacked accuracy points in the second game. Sigh~
Tired yet satisfied, we drove back down to Seri Iskandar. Stopped by at Tesco to buy Tasya's stuffs.
Saw this cake at Tesco Seri Iskandar.
It was getting late, and we were getting tired. So Papa decided we stayed for the night at Seri Iskandar. We headed for dinner at Nasi Vanggey Bistro and watched the Malaysia vs Indonesia Suzuki Cup game. After dinner, we called almost all the home stays and hotels in Seri Iskandar for any vacancies. Unfortunately, we came to no success. Then we decided to go back to Gopeng, with hopes for a vacant spot to stay for the night. This time, my turn to drive.
We slept at Gopeng Inn. This was my first time sleeping at a motel like this. Sweet small rooms.
Pardon the messed-up bed. Took the picture before we checked out.
The next morning after checking-out, we went back to Seri Iskandar. Had breakfast at another Mamak restaurant, and sent Tasya back to campus. After saying goodbye, we headed straight back to KL. Again, with the downpour of heavy rain.
